Marmomac 2026 in Verona: 60th edition, 22 to 25 September

The most important natural stone fair in the world runs for the 60th time this year. Why Verona is central to how we source blocks and move them into Europe.

Marmomac takes place from 22 to 25 September 2026 at the Veronafiere exhibition grounds. This is the 60th edition and internationally the most significant event for natural stone.

What is on show

The offering is grouped into four areas:

  • Marble, natural stone and design
  • Blocks and unhewn stone
  • Tools and chemicals
  • Machinery and equipment

More than 1,400 exhibitors are expected across around 76,000 square metres in twelve halls, drawing trade visitors from over 140 countries.

Why Verona matters to us

Verona is not simply a convenient venue. The region is one of Europe's principal processing and trading centres for natural stone, and the supply routes for blocks from the Middle East have historically run through northern Italy.

For Stone Get the blocks and unhewn stone section is the real core of the fair. It is where quarry operators, block traders and processors meet - precisely the chain we work in: selection at the quarry, documentation, transport coordination and delivery to European plants.

What we are looking at

Three subjects are in the foreground for us:

  • Availability and price levels for raw blocks in the materials we carry
  • Cutting and calibration capacity for thicker formats
  • Logistics and storage options around Verona for supplying European customers

The last point is particularly live for us at the moment. We are currently assessing storage options in the region to shorten delivery times for European buyers. We will make firm statements about that once space, costs and handling are settled.

Arranging a meeting

If you are also in Verona and would like to talk about specific material - raw blocks, slabs, cut-to-size or memorial blanks - write to us in advance. Tell us the stone, the format and the approximate quantity, and we can bring the relevant documentation and current block photographs with us.
